Had an amazing time with my friends! We loved exploring the grounds with guided nature walks and checking out the orchid gardens. The food was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond. Definitely recommend the tea activities and morning bird watching sessions!
One downside was the hot water inconsistencies during our stay, which was a bit annoying.

Beautiful surroundings in the jungle with amazing wildlife made the experience unforgettable. The staff's kindness and the exceptional dining, particularly the delicious Mexican dishes, highlighted our stay. However, the room was somewhat damp and lacked natural light, which detracted from the comfort. Additionally, the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, and accessing lunch proved difficult due to a reservation requirement at the café.
