    breakfast variety

I recently spent 2 nights in a Junior Suite, and it was simply breathtaking! The hot tubs were a delight after hiking, and I loved wandering the extensive grounds with the eco center staff. However, I did wish for a bit more variety at breakfast.

    morning bird watching
    hot water inconsistencies

Had an amazing time with my friends! We loved exploring the grounds with guided nature walks and checking out the orchid gardens. The food was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond. Definitely recommend the tea activities and morning bird watching sessions!

One downside was the hot water inconsistencies during our stay, which was a bit annoying.

    beautiful surroundings
    exceptional dining
    damp room
    noise issues
    reservation requirement

Beautiful surroundings in the jungle with amazing wildlife made the experience unforgettable. The staff's kindness and the exceptional dining, particularly the delicious Mexican dishes, highlighted our stay. However, the room was somewhat damp and lacked natural light, which detracted from the comfort. Additionally, the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, and accessing lunch proved difficult due to a reservation requirement at the café.

Something you might like to consider

The gardens are stunning with beautiful trails offering tranquil nature walks. Staff are friendly and attentive ensuring a delightful dining experience with delicious meals that showcase local flavors and large portions.

Some rooms lack privacy as guests often walk by. I experienced a frustrating insect issue by the pool, which was not addressed immediately, affecting my comfort during my stay.
